The recruitment process begins with your company tasking us with filling an open position.

Requirements Profile

Together, we’ll define the requirements profile and recruitment strategy to ensure we fully understand your needs.

Candidate Search

We develop a comprehensive job listing and utilize our international database to identify suitable candidates.

Pre-selection

During the pre-selection phase, we meticulously evaluate applications and conduct initial interviews. Following this, we schedule and facilitate the final interviews with the respective team in your company.

Candidate Recommendations

Finally, we present you with up to three qualified candidates and coordinate the interview appointments, providing guidance throughout the entire selection process.

2. Visa Assistance
We guide companies and professionals through the complex processes of visa applications and professional recognition procedures to facilitate employment in Germany. Our service is designed to streamline the process by providing support in preparing and submitting all necessary documents, allowing you to focus on what truly matters.

Visa Support

We provide comprehensive guidance for obtaining relevant visas, including the EU Blue Card and skilled professional visas. The EU Blue Card is ideal for qualified professionals with an academic degree looking to work in Germany, while the skilled professional visa caters to those with recognized vocational training. We help you craft the perfect visa application, coordinate the necessary steps, and stand by your side throughout the entire process.

Credential Evaluation and Anabin Database

Additionally, we assist in assessing the equivalency of academic degrees through the Anabin database. If a degree is not listed or if the evaluation is insufficient, we provide support for credential evaluation through the ZAB (Central Office for Foreign Education).

Recognition Procedures

We facilitate the recognition of foreign vocational qualifications and assist in meeting the necessary requirements to ensure that professionals' qualifications are recognized in Germany.

Accelerated Skilled Worker Procedure

In many cases, the accelerated skilled worker procedure can be considered, significantly expediting the visa and recognition process. We assist you in exploring this option and coordinate the necessary steps with the relevant authorities.

For one full year, we’re here to assist you with all your talent retention needs. After this period, membership can be renewed for a fee.
